Privacy & Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle your personal information—including how we collect, store, protect, use, share, and dispose of it. It also outlines your choices regarding that information.

“Personal Information” refers to recorded details about an identifiable individual. This includes data that can identify, contact, or locate a person on its own or when combined with other information. It does not include business contact details, such as your name, job title, work email, or phone number when used solely in a professional or business context.

This Policy applies to any and all Personal Information we process when:

  • you visit any of our websites;
  • you use our online or mobile applications;
  • we provide or administer services to you;
  • you are engaged as either a temporary worker or independent contractor and assigned to one of our clients; or,
  • you provide your Personal Information to us in any other way

We use a range of technology tools and systems to create a seamless experience for our candidates, contractors, and clients.

Our recruitment team leverages both AI-driven and traditional keyword search technologies to match candidates with suitable roles. These tools compare candidate preferences and qualifications with job requirements to generate tailored recommendations. This helps us quickly and accurately present the most relevant opportunities to candidates. Importantly, all final hiring decisions are made by humans—AI is never used to disqualify applicants or prevent anyone from applying to a role they’re interested in.

We are committed to reducing bias in our use of AI throughout the recruitment process. For example, we exclude personally identifying information, such as names and contact details, from AI analysis and ensure that candidate summaries avoid gendered language.

Protect and Manage Your Personal Information
We take the security of your personal information seriously. To help safeguard it from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, we implement a combination of physical, technical, and administrative security measures.

Access to your personal information is restricted to individuals with a legitimate business need and the proper authorization. All processing is carried out in accordance with our internal information security policies, which include procedures for detecting and responding to potential security incidents.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. In some cases, we may anonymize your data so that it is no longer linked to you. Once anonymized, we may use this data for legitimate business purposes without further notice or consent.
